Tech Pack
You send us your tech packs for what you want to develop.Don’t worry, if you don’t have technical sheets, you can always send us physical samples of similar styles that you would like to develop to our office (structure and fitting references, materials...), and our team will analyze them.
Fabric Sourcing
At this stage, our sourcing team will start searching for the right materials, matching all your requirements for composition and hand feel.We work with sustainable and Eco-friendly materials.
Sampling
For each order, we create a prototype for your initial review. Once your samples are produced, our product development team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the specifications. This allows you to test the functionality and make adjustments to perfect your design before moving forward.
Approval
Once your samples are made, our product development team checks them to confirm they meet your expectations. You will receive the prototype for final testing,allowing you to ensure the design and functionality are precisely what you need. After you approve the samples, we will begin the manufacturing process.
Production
The production takes place on one of our high-quality suppliers production line. Here, all items are made and quality checked
Quality Control
Throughout manufacture, all stages are quality checked to ensure the highest standards. Our quality control team will inspect the products to certify that there are no issues.
Labels,Tags,Pack
Once your order is complete and has been quality checked for a final time, it is approved for delivery through our network of reliable global couriers.
