1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
- Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a courier pick-up or drop-off option.
3. Refunds
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, you will get a full refund or free exchange.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
4. Important Notes
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
- Size exchanges are allowed once per order, depending on stock availability.
