1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Sale or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a courier pick-up or drop-off option.

3. Refunds

  1. If you received a defective or incorrect item, you will get a full refund or free exchange.
  2. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  3. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

4. Important Notes

  1. Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
  2. Size exchanges are allowed once per order, depending on stock availability.
